Responsibilities
- Provide routine office administrative, accounting and clerical support duties as required;
- Perform general accounting duties, including daily accounting entries in the accounting system, accounting vouchers, accountsreceivable/payable (mainly accounts receivable);
- Assist in month-end closing and monthly financial reports;
- Support account and admin team of reimbursement staff expense, data entry, etc.;
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- DSE or above. Diploma in Accounting is an advantage;
- LCCI Level 1 is highly preferable;
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications;
- Familiar with XERO Accounting is an advantage;
- Immediate available is preferred.
