職責:

  • 負責一般辦公室日常雜務工作 (一般清潔工作, 如吸塵; 茶水間運作, 碎紙等); 
  • 保持辦公室、會議室及茶水間整潔; 
  • 負責安排/加熱老闆的餐點; 
  • 外勤工作 (一般收送文件, 銀行入票等); 
  • 檢查存貨及添加飲品、食物、紙巾等,確保茶水間日用品充足; 
  • 執行其他被指派的工作 

要求:

  • 學歷不拘; 
  • 具辦公室助理或接待員經驗優先; 
  • 有責任心、勤奮、守時、有禮貌; 
  • 具良好溝通能力及應變能力; 
  • 能即時上班者優先考慮 

其他: 

  • 每週五天工作; 
  • 工作時間為, 上午8時半至下午6時; 
  • 十二天有薪年假; 
  • 醫療津貼; 
  • 尖沙咀區上班,鄰近港鐵尖東站
