1. 1 to 2 years related working experience 1-2年相關工作經驗2. Prepare high standard cocktails / drinks to guests, including coffee, tea 為客人準備高標準的雞尾酒/飲料,包括咖啡,茶3. Knowledge of wine a definite advantage 了解葡萄酒絕對有優勢4. Monitor the inventory of liquor/wine and other bar supplies 監控酒/酒和其他酒吧用品的庫存5. Keep bar area neat and tidy and ensure the compliance of the safety and sanitation requirement 保持酒吧區域整潔,並確保符合安全和衛生要求6. Passion in serving customers with beverage and wine 熱情地為客戶提供飲料和葡萄酒7. Good command of English, Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage 良好的英語,廣東話,普通話優勢8. Work 9-10 hours a day (shift required) 每天工作9-10小時(需要輪班)9.
