 職責 : 

l 日常行政工作 

l 協助銷售部團隊處理客戶訂單、合約及資料、舉辦講座、行常客戶統計報告 

l 客戶的查詢及投訴 

l 上司指派的工作 

職位要求 : 

l 中學以上2程度 

l 1年相關工作經驗優先 

l 具有專業的電話溝通技巧及解決問題能力 

l 能在壓力下獨立處理工作 

l 能同時處理多過一項工作 

l 精通MS office並中文輸入法 

l 良好的粵語, 普通話及英語 

l 能即時上班優先 

  Job Description :  

l Handle full spectrum of generaloffice administration functions; 

l Support Sale Team to handle Customer order, contract & information, seminar and Customer data reports; 

l Handle customer enquiries and complaints in professional manner to maintain high level of customer satisfaction; 

l Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor;Requirements 

l Secondary school graduate or above 

l 1 year relevant working experience is preferred 

l Customer oriented with professional telephone manner as well as problem solving skills, good interpersonal and communication skills 

l Ability to work independently and under pressure 

l Self-motivated, able to handle multi-tasking and work with minimal supervision 

l Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing 

l Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin 

l Immediately available is preferred
