  • Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines;
  • At least 2 years IT service experience;
  • Holder of MCSE, CCNA or VCP certificate or equivalent;
  • Experience in VMWare, Nutanix, Veeam, HCI/VDI, ManageEngine is an advantage;
  • Manage level T2/ T3 support within the agreed service levels, covering desktop, application software and networking issues;
  • Responsible for online IT helpdesk support including call handling, troubleshooting, follow-up action, coordination and escalation;
  • Candidate with more experience will consider as T3 role.

Remarks:

  • Monthly salary: HK$18K-26K + Discretionary bonus;
  • Working location: Kln East;
  • 5-day work;
  • Good fringe benefits e.g. medical and banking holiday will be provided.
