Key responsibilities:
· Provide help desk services (application and infrastructure)
· Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide solutions on system related problems
· Prepare supporting documents on IT equipment procurement
· Take the ownership to keep track of application issues and their status
· Assist in hardware/software/network monitoring, maintenance, installation anddeployment tasks
· Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
· Diploma in Computer Networking, System Administration, Information Technologyor equivalent
· Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in providing helpdesksupport and project coordinate
· Good team player, self-motivated and good communication skills
· Good Command of written and spoken English and Chinese
· Fresh graduate or less experience will also be considered
Working Days
Monday to Friday 0830 - 1830 and Saturday 0830 – 1230
