Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily production issues at production area.
- Ensure the production process following the KORE, Nestle and company requirement on quality, safety and environmental.
- Motivate production team members.
- Maintain discipline in workplace and ensure company objective are conveyed to staff members.
- Achieve KPI and reach higher performance level in daily basic
- Ensure the SAP works following the company requirement.
- Monitor and control the material stock in production.
- Implement WCO.
Requirement:
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 3yrs experience in food industry.
