Job Duties:

  • Provide various supports for planning and implementation
  • Assisting in scrutinizing accommodation requirement briefs and schedules of accommodation
  • Providing administrative support
  • Assisting in monitoring works progress of projects under construction
  • Attending project meeting, site meeting and to handle handover matters related to project completion at site

  • erform research tasks related to various projects in different industries, including new market exploration, potential marketing analysis, local government regulations, etc
  • Assist in various routine jobs to Project Team;
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • at least 1 years working experience
  • Experience in project planning / civil engineering / executive is an Advantage
  • Have sound knowledge in computer application
  • Degree or above in Marketing / Communication / Journalism / Linguistic or related discipline;
  • Excellent writing skills in English and Traditional Chinese;
  • Strong Conceptual, Analytical, and Presentation skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications, especially PowerPoint, & Chinese word processing;
  • Well-organized, attention to details and independent;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.

Working Hour: Mon- Fri (10:00am-7:00pm); 5 Days work

 

Salary: Negotiable (Depends on working experience)
