· 協助銷售部團隊處理客戶訂單、合約及資料、舉辦講座、行常客戶統計報告
· 客戶的查詢及投訴
· 上司指派的工作
職位要求
· 具有專業的電話溝通技巧及解決問題能力
· 能同時處理多過一項工作
· 精通MSoffice並中文輸入法
· 每週工作6天 (11:30am-20:00pm)休平日
· 能即時上班優先
Job Description
· Handle full spectrumof general office administration functions;
· Support Sale Team tohandle Customer order, contract & information, seminar and Customer datareports;
· Handle customerenquirers and complaints in professional manner to maintain high level ofcustomer satisfaction;
· Ad hoc tasksassigned by supervisor;
Requirements
· Customer orientedwith professional telephone manner as well as problem solving skills, goodinterpersonal and communication skills
· Self-motivated, ableto handle multi-tasking and work with minimal supervision
· Proficiency in MSOffice & Chinese Word Processing
· 6 working days(11:30am-20:00pm )
· Immediatelyavailable is preferred ministrative
