工作職責
- 處理貸款申請相關事項
- 負責分行的一般查詢及客戶服務工作
- 處理資料輸入及其他文職工作
職位要求
- 中五程度或以上
- 具金融機構或相關客戶服務經驗者將獲優先考慮
- 具良好溝通技巧，能操流利廣東話，基本英語及普通話
- 具基本電腦文書技巧包括 Microsoft Word, Excel 及中文輸入法（倉頡 / 速成）
