Part time/Full Time Receptionist (兼職/全職接待員)
Responsibilities :
Responsible for all-round receptionist general duties
Handling booking, cancellation and reconfirmation requests of Clients
Greet guests / visitors in professional manner. Monitor visitor access record, maintain security awareness
Maintain reception desk, guest seating area neat and tidy
Assist with the preparation of pre-event forecast, order form & post events summary report
Receive, screen and redirect incoming calls to appropriate personnel and relay phone messages as required
Handle administration work and ad-hoc assignment
Requirement :
Minimum 1 year’s experience in reception, customer service or office administration
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
Pleasant, customer oriented and well-organized
Able to work independently as well as a good team player
Immediate available is preferable
