One of our clients is now looking for a high calibre candidate to fill the following position:

  • 1 year or above experience in administration/ sales coordination/ secretarial or related experience;
  • Generate reports from internal system for sales team;
  • Coordinate with finance department in relation to invoice issues;
  • Able to coordinate with overseas colleagues in Asia Pacific Region by emails;
  • Good coordination and communications skills;
  • Good at Chinese word processing;
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin;
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 

Remarks:

  • Monthly salary: Attractive salary will be offered to right candidates + double pay + discretionary bonus;
  • 5-day work;
  • Working hour: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm;
  • Working location: Central;
