One of our clients is now looking for a high calibre candidate to fill the following position:
- 1 year or above experience in administration/ sales coordination/ secretarial or related experience;
- Generate reports from internal system for sales team;
- Coordinate with finance department in relation to invoice issues;
- Able to coordinate with overseas colleagues in Asia Pacific Region by emails;
- Good coordination and communications skills;
- Good at Chinese word processing;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin;
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Monthly salary: Attractive salary will be offered to right candidates + double pay + discretionary bonus;
- 5-day work;
- Working hour: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm;
- Working location: Central;
