Post 1: Shop Sales (Precious Metals)
- 1 year experience in retail sales;
- Knowledge in POS and computing system in retail shops;
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills;
- Responsible for maintaining shop daily operation and stock management;
- Willing to Maximize and achieve sales target and work as a team;
- Good in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Post 2: Shop Supervisor (Eurpoe brand - Sport Fashion)
- 2 years assistant /shop supervisor experience in retail, preferably in fashion / sport brands industry;
- Oversee the store daily operations and maintain the quality of customer service standard;
- Supervise the shop sales staff to achieve sales target;
- Provide trainings on product and customer service to staff;
- Work with management to ensure the smooth operation of the store;
- Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team;
- Strong influential, communication and interpersonal skills.
Remarks:
- Monthly salary package: Around HK$25-28K (basic HK$18-20K + commission);
- Good fringe benefit e.g. medical, staff purchase discount, etc.
