Responsibilities :
- Monitor network devices, software health.
- Troubleshooting.
- Perform level 1 network support .
- Notify customer in the event of an incident .
- 7*24 shift
Requirements:
- Familiar with OSI Model and TCP/IP.
- Troubleshooting skills, systems and tools.
- Good at communicating.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
