Post 1:

  • 1 year experience in trading/ logistics industry;
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome;
  • Handle import and export documents, such as L/C process and I/E documents;
  • Liaise with clients for transportation and warehouse arrangement;
  • Coordinate with triangle shipment, HKG consolidation and all LCL shipment, FCL shipment;
  • Good PC and communication skill to be able to deal with clients effectively.

Post 2:

  • Fresh graduates are also welcome;
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing goods, inventory planning and control;
  • Responsible for handling declaration of import and export goods;
  • Liaise with different parties including central warehouse and shipping teams to handle the logistics issues;
  • Good in excel skills (vlookup & pivot table).

Remarks:

  • Monthly salary: 
  • Post 1: Basic HK$13-18K (depends on experience) + Double pay + Discretionary Bonus;
  • Post 2: Basic HK$16K + Discretionary Bonus;
  • 5-day work;
  • Working hour: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm;
  • Co. background: 1) Global Logistics Co. 2) IT Solution Co.;
  • Working location: 1) Mei Foo/ Kwai Fong 2) Kowloon Bay.
  • Good fringe benefits will be provided.
