Responsibilities:
- Collect internal/external mails & parcels and send them to designated departments;
- Assist in postage stamping of outgoing mails and arrangement of delivery of mails by couriers;
- Manage the services of the mailroom and handle telephone inquiries;
- Any other duties as assigned by your superior from time to time.
- 收集內/外部郵件及包裹，並將其發送到指定部門; 協助外發郵件的郵資蓋印，安排快遞公司交付郵件; 管理郵件室的服務，處理電話查詢;
Qualifications:
- Secondary educated
- At least 2-3 year clerical experience in bills operations especially in traditional trade products such as Letter of Credit, Import/Export Collection and trade Loan products
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Good team player and proficiency in English
- Good communication skills & Computer knowledge
- Willing to work in shift, overtime or public holiday when required
Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok, Kowloon
Working Hour: 10:30 - 19:30 (Monday - Friday)
