Responsibilities
- Responsible for food preparation and daily operation at the kitchen
- Prepare ingredients and dishes to ensure they are prepared to the correct recipes and quality
- Ensure all food products are produced in a professional manner & meet the company quality standard
- Ensure hygiene standards are upheld
Requirements
- Solid work experience in pastry, baking & dessert
- Able to deliver fantastic service in a high profile venue
- Good knowledge of Western cuisine
- Great teamwork skills & attention to detail
