Shop Manager:

  • Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  • Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
  • Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
  • Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
  • Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
  • Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends
  • Less experience we will consider to our supervisor 

Cashier:

  • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
  • Ensure pricing is accurate Collect payments whether in cash or credit
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
  • Redeem stamps and coupons
  • Greet customers when entering or leaving the shop
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
  • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
  • Bag, box or gift-wrap packages
  • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
  • Manage well on POS, delivery systems  

Floor Staff 

  • Going round the aisles taking note of which stock needs replacing removing goods from the shelves which are past their sell-by date stacking the shelves and display areas, including fridges and freezers
  • Making sure that stock is rotated — putting goods with the earliest sell-by dates to the front making sure that fridges and freezers are at the correct temperature
  • Cleaning the shelves and keeping stock neat and tidy
  • Helping customers with any queries, including showing them where items are in a large store, specialising in one particular department such as grocery or chilled foods
  • In a smaller store, helping out on the checkouts

Cold Cut Staff

  • Duties include slicing meats and cheeses, taking inventory of products and talking with customers about the types of produce on display.
  • Respond to customer queries, make product recommendations and provide samples.
  • Help customers locate, choose and buy products.
  • Weigh, label, package and make products ready for billing and delivery.
  • Stock and organize displays and showcases.
  • Clean the work areas and maintain tools and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other staff in following food safety and hygiene procedures according to company policy.
  • Ensure prompt service and high level of customer satisfaction.

Cleaning Staff

  • Duties include cleaning the shop area
  • Collecting used dishes, plates and utensils 
  •  Wash specific items by hand
  • Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
  •  Load and unload dish-washing machines
  •  Maintain cleaning supplies stock
  •  Maintain cleanliness around restaurant

Job requirement

  • Min. 3-5 years work experience
  • Can speak English, Fluent Cantonese
  • Hard working, responsible, proactive and positive work attitude
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
  • 10 days Annual Holiday
  • Birthday Leave
