What efforts you need to make for this role?
- Responsible for initial fault isolation and maintenance at sites in daily operation.
- Ensure problems are satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner.
- Responsible for performing routine inspection and fault prevention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to trouble shooting, equipment installation and upgrading.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as information / record update.
- Any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.

- Familiar with IP network and fiber network is preferable
- Well organized, enthusiastic and with a good sense of responsibility
- Shift duty 7x24 and outdoor work are required with allowance provided
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
