Reservations Sales Agent (訂房部文員)

🚉地點:輪近將軍澳港鐵站
💰月薪$16,840-19,360 (視乎工作經驗)
⏰時間:早上8:30至晚上8:30(每更10小時，5天工作，輪班輪休)

Job Responsibilities 工作職責:

-The use of sales techniques and sales room to promote IHG products and services
運用銷售技巧和房間銷售升級推廣洲際酒店集團的產品和服務

-Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email
記錄和處理通過電話，傳真，電子郵件進行的預訂

-Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions and monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rate.
掌握關於特價，酬賓，促銷活動的信息，監測預訂情況，並向經理通報目前和將來的 入住率

-Prepare reports as requested (e.g. to travel agents, business houses etc.
按照要求準備報告（如給旅行代理人和商業機構的報告等）

-Prepare reservation sales reports
-準備預訂銷售報告

Job Qualification 工作要求:

-High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field Good communication and negotiation skills
有高中或酒店行政管理，酒店管理或相關的專業証書，或具有良好的溝通能力和談判技巧

-At least 1 year related experience in reservations/front office or an equivalent combination of education and experience
具有1年訂房服務或相關客務款接服務之工作經驗

- Able to speak, read and write English and Putonghua.
具有講，讀和寫簡單英語及普通話能力

-Excellent PC skills (including MS Office, Opera)
熟悉電腦系統包括(MS OFFICE,OPERA)
