Key Responsibilities:
Carry out daily activities in Data centre.
Plan maintenance notify to concerned customer.
Patrol IDC data hall for safety and security purpose, troubleshooting and services restonration.
Handing customer remote hand request in IDC area.
Requirements:
Familiar with OSI Model and TCP/IP.
Troubleshooting skills, systems and tools.
Good at communicating.
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Fresh graduate with good positive attitude will be considered
