RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the production of pastries and other related products
- Maintain, monitor and improve quality performances to comply with the prescribed food quality
- Carry out Cost control planning such as food and ingredients, and ordering & inventory management
- Set up and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene
- Inspect kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure conformance to establish standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years relevant & solid experience in reputable kitchen
- Candidates from toptier restaurant or hotel will be a definite advantage
- Creative and quality-oriented
- Smart, team player, hard working, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance
- Knowledge of menu planning, cost control and kitchen management is an advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Pastry Demi Chef
- Candidates should be currently in Hong Kong
- IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
- Working Location: Central / Sheung Wan / Wong Chuk Hang
