RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the production of pastries and other related products
  • Maintain, monitor and improve quality performances to comply with the prescribed food quality
  • Carry out Cost control planning such as food and ingredients, and ordering & inventory management
  • Set up and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene
  • Inspect kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure conformance to establish standards

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant & solid experience in reputable kitchen
  • Candidates from toptier restaurant or hotel will be a definite advantage
  • Creative and quality-oriented
  • Smart, team player, hard working, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance
  • Knowledge of menu planning, cost control and kitchen management is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Pastry Demi Chef
  • Candidates should be currently in Hong Kong
  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
  • Working Location: Central / Sheung Wan / Wong Chuk Hang
