Requirements:
- HKCEE/DSE holder
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Good PC knowledge and Chinese word processing
- Good communication skills in English, Chinese and Putonghua
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints through different channel
- Perform administrative tasks
- Assist in customer service activities
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Working Location:
- Shatin
