Job Info
What is your job about?
- Provide clerical and administrative support, including but not limited to onboarding & offboarding process, employment contract preparation, job advertisement posting, interview arrangement, etc.
- Input, update and maintain staff records in the HR system
- Support in corporate staff relations activities
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor
Who will be our potential target?
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Year 2-3 university students are preferable;
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, reliable and organized;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work for 2-3 days per week
- Immediate available is highly preferred
