What is your job about?

  • Provide clerical and administrative support, including but not limited to onboarding & offboarding process, employment contract preparation, job advertisement posting, interview arrangement, etc.
  • Input, update and maintain staff records in the HR system
  • Support in corporate staff relations activities
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor

Who will be our potential target?

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Year 2-3 university students are preferable;
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, reliable and organized;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work for 2-3 days per week
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
