administrative officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing full spectrum of administration
and daily office operation issues
-Assist in preparing clerical works
-Perform daily accounting function and provide general
accounting support
- Provide administrative support such as handling phone
call, data input, document printing, filing & database
management and may assist in HR duties including
follow-up staff attendance and leave record
-Handle office procurement activities and logistic
arrangement
- Perform any tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Office
administration
-Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and
English
- Basic knowledge in PC knowledge including MS Office
-Self-motivated, hard-working, willing to learn, and able to
work under pressure
