Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and any incidents occurred;
  • Monitor and ensure accurate quotation, service order, invoice to clients
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and make appropriate recommendations;
  • Support the project team to achieve team goal; 
  • Ensure close co-ordination to contribute satisfactory customers service;
  • Good time management and able to handle multi-tasks;
  • Occasional outdoor site visits;
  • Perform duties with good integrity and manner
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service or sales in Security System (CCTV, Alarm, Access Control) industry is preferred;
  • Good command of spoken and written in Chinese, English and Mandarin;
  • Good common sense, communication & presentation skills;
  • Well organization, customer-oriented, people and project management skills;
  • Able to meet tight deadlines, positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediately available is preferred
