Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure IT software applications (internal, external), infrastructure systems, and platforms for optimal support
- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex desktop problems, both hardware and software, for end-users and recommend and implement corrective solutions
- Help drive service stability, quality flow, and standardize of the operations
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a desktop support environment
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior role
- Familiar with Jira, and Oracle technologies
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good technical, organization and communication skills
- Active, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
