Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in managing whole payroll process, attendance, leave records etc.
  • Perform recruitment, orientation, C&B, performance appraisal etc
  • Assist and support the implementation & execution of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain excellent employee relations
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirement :

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in HR, preferably as a HR Officer
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in spoken & written English & Chinese
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and word processing skills , especially MS Excel
  • Solid payroll experience in sizable organizations
  • Ability to work independently with good time management
  • Proactive, meticulous and detail minded
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
