Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in managing whole payroll process, attendance, leave records etc.
- Perform recruitment, orientation, C&B, performance appraisal etc
- Assist and support the implementation & execution of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain excellent employee relations
- Assist in ad-hoc projects
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in HR, preferably as a HR Officer
- Good communication skills and proficiency in spoken & written English & Chinese
- Good Microsoft Office skills and word processing skills , especially MS Excel
- Solid payroll experience in sizable organizations
- Ability to work independently with good time management
- Proactive, meticulous and detail minded
- Immediately available is highly preferred
