Job Responsibility
- Provide L1 & L2 support for end user
- Follow the technical procedure by the client guideline
- Support OS and program customization and troubleshooting
- Backup and restore existing OS and application configuration setting if required
- Assist software evaluation and testing
Job Requirement
- 3 years’ experience on IT support
- Knowledge on support Microsoft Product
- Language requirement: Cantonese (basic English is fine)
