職責：
- 負責商場設施 / 大型機電及中央冷氣系統操作維修保養及運作等
- 處理緊急維修服務
- 協調及監督承辦商於工地上進行的工作
入職要求：
- 中三或以上程度
- 良好粵語，懂讀寫中文
- 五年或以上商業樓宇設施 / 中央冷氣 / 機電維修保養經驗
- 持平安咭
- 持A級電牌或屋宇裝備證書將獲優先考慮
