 1. Client relationship management and achieve monthly sales target;

  2. To support the sales process optimization, sales training, and sales program
implementation; 

  3. Take ownership of customers issues/incident and follow problems through to resolution;

  4. To participant in the whole pre-sales cycle, including client meeting, user
requirement study, design, presentation, demonstration etc.; 

  5. Manage service quality to ensure customer satisfaction;

  6. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions; 

  7. Timely response to customer enquiries by email or telephone or social media
application; e.g., WhatsApp/WeChat etc. 

  8. Contract and Service Ordering Management; 

  9. Support other business projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time; 

  10. Provide tender proposal preparation.

*Basic salary(30000-40000) with high commission rate plus performance bonus.
