Responsibilities:
- Process transactions for customers including deposits, withdrawals and transfers with excellent customer service provided
- Maintain accurate records and balance cash drawers daily
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures and support the branch operations
Requirements:
- At least five grades pass in HKCEE/ HKDSE, including Chinese/ English and Mathematics
- At least one year of related experience of customer service/contact center/front-line sales/banking industry
- Attention to detail and accuracy along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for Customer Service Supervisor position.
