Sales/Recruitment Consultant

Full-time (6 days work week) 

Job duties : 

• Conduct candidate search through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, etc 
• Participate in full recruitment process from understanding the clients' needs, assessing and identifying the right candidates, scheduling of interviews, documents preparation and application. 
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates 
• Achieve sales target by increasing sales revenue from existing clients as well as business opportunities from new potential clients 
• Maintain the candidate database

Job Requirements 

• At least 1 year solid experience in the domestic helper employment agency 
• Business Development and Sales experience would be an advantage 
• Mature, Independent, well-organized with excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Willing to work under pressure, fast-learner, energetic, resourceful 
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Must be a Hong King resident
