Personal Assistant

Qualidux Industrial Company Limited is one of the Hong Kong's leading contract manufacturer in the field ofplastic toys / household / electronic goods for more than 40 years with over
8000 employees in Hong Kong and southern China. To cope with our recent expansion, we are now looking for high caliber candidate to join the following position: 

Position: Personal Assistant

• Provide secretarial support to the director 
• Handle all documents filing and responsible for daily office administrative duties together with other secretaries and teams members 
• Filing business documents 
• Be proactive, mature, and work independently 
• Able to provide ad-hoc duties when required 
• Optional experience : Trade association liaison 

Qualification:   

Diploma holder in Business Administrations or formal secretarial training or in related field
of English / Chinese Literature  

• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Chinese are required, fluent in English both Mandarins 
• 1 year or more in secretarial duties in serving senior management. 
• Mature, self-motivated, well-organized and fast learner 
• Responsible, proactive, independent, detail-minded, and well-organized 
• Excellent skill in Office suite operations

- Remuneration package will be commensurate with experience ranging from $18,000-$21,000
