Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to marketing tasks involving Events/ Product Launch/ Promotions/ Digital Marketing projects and activities as assigned
• Handle and execute in-house events (e.g. workshops, seminars, business meetings and large scale annual event) including registration, communication and logistics arrangement etc.
• Assist in all pre- and post-event preparation of product launch, business, recognition and regional events, including but not limited to: venue sourcing, souvenir sourcing, stage management, floor plan, event rundown and set-up, logistics arrangement and delivery of event materials, etc.
• Liaise with internal & external parties to ensure the marketing campaigns and initiatives are implemented to the desired quality standards
• Provide translations (English/ Chinese) for marketing materials, including but not limited to: event materials, videos scripts, communications and brochures
• Manage any ad-hoc marketing duties and projects as assigned from time to time
• Support in post-video production if necessary

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communication, Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English and Traditional Chinese
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
• Detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Energetic team player, and able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficient in Chinese word processing, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of using Adobe Photoshop and video editing software is an advantage
• Able to work weekends and after hours during busy event times
