烹調菜式、預備食材、採購食材,監控食材庫存、編訂餐單和設計菜式、監控食物品質及環境衛生、安排人手調配及培訓員工、管理廚房之運作。工作時間 : 7:00-17:00 (包括1小時用膳/休息時間)或 13:00-23:00 (包括1小時用膳/休息時間)
