Job Info

 Responsibilities:


-Responsible for on-site support customer PC, server, network related systems
and software problem; 

-Provide remote support services
(hardware, software, application) for End Users; 

-Install, monitor and maintain
hardware, cabling and software applications; 

-Assist in any ad-hoc projects
assigned. 

  

Qualifications: 

-Good command of Cantonese; 

-Basic English; 

-Proficient in reading and writing Chinese; 

-Basic understanding of reading and writing
English; 

-Good communication skills; 

-Ability to work independently and with
motivation. 

  

Benefits: 

Overtime allowance, double pay guaranteed, performance-based bonus, bank holidays,
on-the-job training, Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday:
9:00 AM -1:00PM; 8 hours per day, overtime work may be required.
