Job Info

Job description:

  • Perform reception duties including handling phone calls, greeting/ serving clients
  • Answering Customer's enquiries 
  • Handle incoming/ outgoing mails, couriers, fax, etc.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support
  • Filings and ad hoc duties as required

Job requirements:

  • Familiar with MS Office applications
  • Good telephone manner, mature and with pleasant personality
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and hardworking

Fresh Graduate would also be considered
