 Project Assistant Manager 

• Execute
the whole project and to liaise with related organizations and associations 

• Solicit
for quotations / tenders and shortlist suitable vendors, and oversee their
engagements and deliverables with the Project Manager 

• Oversee
all the events/ exhibition /delegation trip progress with the agencies/ related
parties 

• Maintain
the website for online application and information dissemination; 

• Organize
and execute events, exhibition, delegation trip and tour, etc. with the
agencies/related parties 

• Document,
monitor, report and review the project progress and prepare reports. 

• Travel
to oversesas/GBA for event and exhibition operation 

• Work
closely with Project Manager to execute strategic project aims and
organizational objectives. 

• Employment
is in a contract basis and is renewable subjected to project status 

  

  

Requirement: 

• University
degree holder or above with a minimum of 6 years related experience in sales
& marketing/public relations/event management.  

• Project
management of government funding project is preferred. 

• Excellent
project management skills to enhance procedures and controls under tight
timeline and pressure. 

• Mature,
good interpersonal and communication skills. open mind and good at
cross-culture communication. 

• All-round
marketing skills including but not limited to conferences, forums, exhibitions,
largescale events, delegation tours etc. 

• Attention
to details; well-organized and used to handle multi-tasks accurately. 

• Well-versed
of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
