The full-time Workflow Optimization Researcher will play a crucial role in researching and analyzing innovative methods to improve the efficiency of our CRM workflows. This position involves examining current processes, identifying areas for automation, integrating communication channels, and leveraging data analytics to enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Research and Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive research on current trends and technologies in the membership CRM industry.
  • Analyze existing workflows within our CRM and identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Explore and evaluate new tools and methodologies to enhance CRM functionality.

Process Improvement

  • Develop and propose automated solutions for member management.
  • Integrate communication channels to streamline and enhance communication efficiency.

Data Integration and Analytics

  • Implement advanced data analytics techniques to track and analyze member interactions and preferences.
  • Create performance dashboards to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration and Implementation

  • Work closely with the product development team to pilot and implement new features and improvements.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and third-party vendors for API integrations and tool enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on new workflows and features.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and continuously explore innovative solutions to keep our CRM at the forefront of technology.

Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in process improvement, workflow analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and understanding of membership management processes.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI and machine learning applications in CRM.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and third-party tool management.
  • Understanding of omni-channel communication strategies.
