Project Management Head

Position: Project Management Head
Salary: HK$38,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the planning and execution of the company's system projects (including central control and monitoring systems, automation systems, parking lot management systems, etc.), ensuring that all stages of the projects, from requirements analysis, system design, development and implementation to post-maintenance, meet customer requirements and company standards.
2. Pay close attention to the market dynamics and technological trends in both Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland, ensuring that various solutions for project development accurately align with and meet the unique positioning and requirements of each target market, and promoting the team to carry out technological innovation and product optimization.
3. Explore the Chinese mainland market, go to the Chinese mainland to seek new customers and expand the company's business scope. Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions. Also, maintain good relationships with existing customers and tap potential cooperation opportunities.
4. Lead and manage the department's project team, optimize the project management process, improve team efficiency, and ensure that projects are completed on time, with high quality and within budget.
5. Provide professional after-sales maintenance services for customers to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the systems. Regularly conduct inspections and maintenance on the systems, and promptly identify and solve potential problems.
   

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in management or related majors.
2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in software development, electronic technology management, traffic management systems, etc.
3. At least 3 years of project management experience.
4. Excellent team leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively managing cross-departmental and cross-cultural teams.
5. Proficient in Mandarin and able to apply it in work, with good Chinese writing skills.
6. Those who are willing to travel on business trips to the Chinese mainland will be given priority.
