Job Info

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Respond to daily IT support requests and provide timely solutions. 
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on hardware and software issues. 
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices and software applications. 
  • Maintain and support network infrastructure, including servers, switches, and firewalls. 
  • Conduct regular system updates and backups to ensure data integrity. 
  • Document IT processes and maintain an inventory of IT assets. 
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed. 

Qualifications:  

  • 3 Years of experience 
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role. 
  • Experience in supporting and managing Office 365 environments. 
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. 
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
