Job Info
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to daily IT support requests and provide timely solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices and software applications.
- Maintain and support network infrastructure, including servers, switches, and firewalls.
- Conduct regular system updates and backups to ensure data integrity.
- Document IT processes and maintain an inventory of IT assets.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 Years of experience
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Experience in supporting and managing Office 365 environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
