Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Advising on the Takeovers Codes related matters

就收購守則範圍內有關事宜,以顧問身份向客戶提供意見

2. Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed

爲初級成員提供指導/支持

3. Participate and contribute to the strategic planning for various business units of the group; involve in the valuation and financial analysis of the Group and its subsidiaries, prepare and review proposals and transaction documents

參與集團各業務部門的戰略規劃,進行估價及財務分析,準備或審查交易建議,以及與交易相關的資料

4. Participate in various corporate finance transactions, including equity; investment and fund raising, merger and acquisition, asset restructuring and other direct financing

參與股權投融資,收購,資產重組及其他直接融資等資本運作

5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for the firm

進行市場研究和分析,發掘潛在機會

6. Liaise with regulatory authorities and professional parties, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and procedures related to IPOs and other financial transactions

對接監管機構和專業機構,確保合符,所有與IPO/其他金融交易有關的監管要求及程序

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking / capital markets / corporate finance

具有至少5年投資銀行和資本市場工作經驗

2. Extensive experience and understanding in Listing Rules, Takeovers Code, and relevant rules and regulations

熟悉上市規則,收購守則,及相關條例

3. Valid SFC Type 6 RO and Principal status

有效的香港證監會第6類負責人及保薦人牌照
