Qualifications & experience

  • 主動進取、有責任感、勇於接受挑戰及良好溝通能力 Proactive, responsible, challenged and good communication skills
  • 基本英文(與傭工溝通) Basic English (communication with maids)
  • 提供優秀客戶服務態度 Provides excellent customer service attitude
  • 具物業代理、或門市銷售經驗優先 Property agency, or door-to-door sales experience preferred

 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • 進行面試、評估及篩選外傭 Conduct interviews, assessments and screening of foreign workers
  • 為客戶配對合適家傭 Match suitable domestic workers for clients
  • 提供僱傭專業知識、講解勞工法例及僱傭條例 Provide employment expertise, explain labor laws and employment regulations
  • 處理簡單文書工作及售後跟進 Handle simple clerical work and after-sales follow-up
  • 負責分店的日常營運 Responsible for the daily operations of the branch
