Director of Information Technology Operations

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for data collection and analysis of the group's website and educational system, deeply mining user needs and behavior patterns, providing data support for platform function optimization and user experience improvement, driving data-driven decision-making processes, and ensuring continuous iteration and upgrading of the system.
2. Follow up on the implementation progress of projects related to the group's website and educational system, integrate data information at various stages (such as user activity levels, system response efficiency, etc.), regularly report project achievements, risks, and dynamic adjustment suggestions to senior management, and ensure that project goals are achieved on time.
3. Lead the technical architecture setup and operation and maintenance management of the group's website and educational system, ensuring platform stability, security, and high availability; coordinate internal technical training to enhance the team's practical skills in website architecture and educational system functional modules.
4. Based on the group's strategic goals and industry trends, formulate and implement operational strategies for the group's website and educational system (including online marketing, SEO optimization, integration of cooperation resources, etc.), supervise the operational team's execution effectiveness, and ensure the achievement of user growth and brand influence targets.
5. Monitor market dynamics and competitor movements in the field of educational technology, regularly output research reports, and make targeted adjustments to operational strategies to ensure the competitive advantage of the group's software products in the market.

Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above.
2. More than 5 years of work experience in software operations or related industries.
3. Have a deep understanding of data-driven business, be highly sensitive to data, and be able to skillfully use data analysis tools for data mining and analysis.
4. Proficient in using SQL and other database query languages, with data processing capabilities and experience in building market data models.
5. More than 5 years of management experience, with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive business development.
6. Proficient in Mandarin and able to apply it in work settings.
