What you’ll be doing?
- Act as a brand ambassador of Dolce & Gabbana
- Achieve sales goals, enhance and develop business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service experience to clients
- Maintain client relationship and develop client portfolio with CRM actions
- Support store operation and visual merchandising
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in fashion / jewerly / accessories retail
- Energetic, outgoing and self-motivated
- Passionate in luxury fashion and customer service-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Client Associate
- You will have an advantage if you are/ have
- Hands-on experience in luxury fashion
