Job Info

Key Responsibilities: 

-Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
-Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
-Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups
-Collect feedback and recommend service improvements
-Participate in promotions, projects, or campaigns as needed 

Job Requirements: 

-Higher Diploma or above
(Fresh graduates/ IANG working visa holders are welcomed); 

- HKCEE / DSE 5 subjects pass (MUST including Maths and Chinese or
English) or above
-No experience required – training will be provided
-Friendly, patient, and confident in communicating with others
-Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
-Fluent in Cantonese OR English (Mandarin is a plus)
-Good teamwork attitude with a customer-first mindset

-Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;

-Proactive, creative and responsible;

-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, especially in
Mandarin;

-Must be eligible to work in Hong Kong

- 無需經驗 - 將提供培訓
- 友好、耐心、自信地與他人溝通
- 非常注重細節和保持井井有條的能力
- 流利的粵語或英語(普通話優先)
- 良好的團隊合作態度和客戶至上的心態
- 出色的人際交往、溝通和表達能力;
- 積極主動、富有創造力和責任心;
- 良好的中英文口語和書寫能力,尤其是普通話;
- 必須符合在香港工作的資格
