Motorcycle Shop Operations Assistant

Job Summary :

We are hiring a Part-Time Warehouse / Operations Assistant to support daily warehousing and stock management tasks. This role requires a hands-on individual who is organised, reliable, and capable of supporting back-end operations effectively. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth workflow across stock handling, shelving, and general logistics support.

Responsibilities :

• Sort, organise, and label stock within the warehouse
• Assemble and adjust shelving systems as required
• Conduct regular stock checks and report inventory updates
• Assist with receiving deliveries and preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment
• Support ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills :

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations roles preferred
• Experience in the automotive or retail sector is advantageous but not required
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable using basic computer software and inventory systems
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting and shelving
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures is a plus
• Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is preferred
• Valid motorcycle license is advantageous but not required
• Weekend availability is required.

職責範疇

• 幫手分類、整理、同標籤倉庫入面嘅貨品
• 組裝或者調整貨架系統（如果有需要）
• 定期點貨，更新存貨報告
• 收貨同埋協助執單出貨
• 保持倉庫環境乾淨、安全、有條理
• 處理其他臨時交代嘅營運工作

 

 資格及技能要求

• 有做過倉務、物流或者營運相關工作經驗嘅優先考慮
• 有汽車或者零售行業經驗會加分，但唔係必需
• 有良好嘅組織力同時間管理能力，識得同時處理多項工作
• 會用基本電腦程式同存貨系統
• 做事專業可靠，可以獨立工作，亦都識得團隊合作
• 體能要好，要搬貨同埋上架
• 如果識得基本嘅倉庫安全知識就更好
• 有汽車或電單車相關經驗會加分
• 有電單車牌會有優勢，但唔係必要
• 需要能夠喺週末返工
