We are hiring an experienced Motorcycle Operations Supervisor / Manager to oversee daily operations of our Hong Kong Showroom and Service Centre. The role covers sales support, aftersales service, logistics, and compliance. We are looking for a hands-on leader who ensures operational efficiency, strong customer service, and effective team management.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across sales, service, and logistics.
- Oversee sales and aftersales processes, including handovers, service scheduling, and warranty cases.
- Supervise inventory control: stock-in/out, audits, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with finance on invoicing, payments, and cost tracking.
- Handle government-related procedures: homologation, type approval, licensing, compliance.
- Lead the operations team: task allocation, training, and performance monitoring.
- Support the sales team in meeting targets and service standards.
- Prepare reports on service performance, inventory, and key metrics.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support business needs.
- Resolve operational issues and customer concerns professionally
- Report to management on operational status and risks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations or service centre management; automotive sector preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- Proven team leadership and workflow management experience.
- Customer service background with strong issue-resolution skills.
- Familiar with inventory and service management systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese (spoken and written).
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Valid motorcycle license is an advantage, but not required.

主要職責
• 管理銷售、售後服務及物流等日常營運工作
• 監督銷售及售後流程,包括車輛交付、服務排期及保養/保用個案
• 負責庫存管理:入庫/出庫、盤點及帳目對賬
• 與財務部門協調開票、付款及成本監控
• 處理與政府相關程序,如型號認證、登記、領牌及合規事項
• 帶領營運團隊,包括工作分配、培訓及績效監察
• 支援銷售團隊達成目標及維持高水平服務標準
• 編製服務表現、庫存及主要營運指標報告
• 推行流程優化措施,以提升營運效率
• 與內部部門及外部供應商協調,支援業務發展
• 專業地處理營運問題及客戶投訴
• 定期向管理層匯報營運狀況及潛在風險
任職要求及技能
• 具最少 2 年營運或服務中心管理經驗;具汽車行業經驗者優先
• 擁有工商管理、營運管理、物流或相關學科之學士學位者優先
• 具備領導團隊及管理工作流程的實際經驗
• 具備優秀客戶服務及問題解決能力
• 熟悉庫存及服務管理系統操作
• 具良好組織力、分析力及溝通技巧
• 良好中英文書寫及會話能力(粵語及英語)
• 能適應快節奏及不斷變化的工作環境
• 持有電單車駕駛執照者優先(非必要)
