Job Info

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the team in daily shipping operations and cargo arrangements from factory to overseas.

  • Prepare logistics reports and analyze data to drive effective logistics solutions.

  • Handle licensed cargo arrangements, working with HKTID for pre-classification and license applications.

  • Formulate and establish frameworks, policies, and SOPs for the team.

  • Monitor, control, and manage cargo conditions to ensure quality, and provide professional responses when transportation incidents occur.

  • Drive cross-departmental projects, explore new technologies and AI applications, and evaluate potential logistics agents and support.

Requirements:

Academic Qualification: Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Bachelor's Degree or above.

Field of Study: Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management / Manufacturing / or related disciplines

Years of Experience: Preferable 2 years or more relevant shipping or logistics experience (related industry preferred)

*Fresh graduates with potential will also be considered.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with accurate typing skills.

  • Practical experience with SAP (Documentation) is a strong advantage.

  • Solid knowledge of international import/export processes and shipping documentation.

  • Hands-on experience with cargo damage claims and incident management is a plus.

  • Experience with HKTID licensed cargo, pre-classification, and license applications is highly preferred.

  • Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to handle data analysis and reporting.

  • Highly responsible, independent, self-motivated, and hardworking, with an adaptive attitude and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and cooperative team-playing skills.

  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00p.m. (Alternate Saturdays off)
